2024 Festival of Transport – Sunday 28th July

On the Day

Exhibitors should arrive at Hankelow Green from 9:00am onwards with their registration card. All entrants to be present by 10:30am latest. Refreshments will be available for purchase on the Green and at the newly re-opened White Lion pub.

The procession of vehicles will commence from the green at Hankelow just outside Audlem, at 11:00am and then proceed to Audlem along the designated route through the village to the display site, which once again will be the village playing field off Cheshire Street. Here the entrants will be parked for viewing by the public for the remainder of the day. The display will finish at 4:00pm.

(All times subject to change at the organisers' discretion)

This year we celebrate our 25th anniversary, it's hard to believe and every year this event attracts between 3,000 and 4,000 spectators.

This year's spectacular parade contains over 250 cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles.
Thank you to all owners/drivers for joining us and congratulations on a splendid display!
In conjunction with this event the annual gathering of Historic Boats is taking place, so don't miss the chance to mosey on down to the canal for an amazing display. This year we have also included information on the Historic Boats in this programme.

ASET DONATION TO AUDLEM SCHOOL

Audlem Special Events team is delighted to announce that the £1,000 raised from the Grand Draw at this year's Party on the Park has been donated to Audlem St James' Primary School. This money will be used to buy the docking/charging stations to house their new ipads.

The picture shows Olive and Geoff Strech who organised the draw presenting the money to Andy Perry, the Headteacher of Audlem School.

Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket on the night.

A general warning to everyone – Olive and Geoff will be on the prowl at next year's Party on the Park in a bid to raise another £1,000 to help another local cause!

ASET – Audlem Special Events Team is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers dedicated to making Audlem a vibrant village.
