Please note:
We are proud to have organised the Audlem Festival of Transport for the past 26 years which has always been a free event for vehicle owners and spectators however, we are now at a time where this event could become unviable due to rising costs and new implementations
To continue to stage this event we need your help to cover these extra costs and we are asking vehicle owners for a non-refundable fee of £5
We hope you understand our decision and thank you for making Audlem Transport Festival so successful
Please can you make the payment to the following account:
Account Name: Audlem Special Events Team
Account No: 71113087
Sort Code: 09 01 55
Ref: "Your Surname"
This year entry is limited to 250 vehicles and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Your application, whether by email or web form, is not confirmation of a space. After the closing date we will confirm if you have been successful in securing a place.
Approximately 1 month prior to the event, successful exhibitors will receive vehicle numbers by post or email. This enables us to put each entry in category and date order for the official programme and procession. Please bring this vehicle number with you on the day. Please note that only vehicles with an official ASET number will be permitted to enter the procession and display.
Specific timings for the day will be updated nearer the time but as an indication: arrival at Hankelow Green is to commence from 9:00am onwards with all entrants to be present by 10:30am latest. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the green.
The procession of vehicles normally commences from the green at Hankelow just outside Audlem at about 10.30am. Vehicles proceed to Audlem along the designated route through the village to the display site which once again will be the village playing field off Cheshire Street. Here the entrants will be parked for viewing by the public for the remainder of the day. The display will finish at 4:00pm.
Motorcycles, bicycles and any vehicles not entering the processions should proceed directly to Audlem playing fields to arrive before 10am, where they will be directed to a parking space.
(All times subject to change at the organisers' discretion)
